The process of selling a home can be a very stressful and challenging process. Ashley's knowledge and experience with the housing market in Waco made a very stressful and challenging situation as seamless as possible. My husband and I were very pleased with the help of Ashley Strickland she was very upbeat and optimistic about our house getting sold she was available at all times when we called or texted her with questions and concerns. Ashley is a remarkable woman with a great heart she made our house selling very pleasant from day one until the day we signed paperwork she gave us a beautiful wreath for our home that we moved into. Ashley is highly recommend.

Our family was moving to the area from out of state and Ashley was more than willing to help us find an area that fit our family and made us feel so welcomed. She was able to get us into several houses in the short amount of time we had and had offers in quick. We were able to come into town, make an offer and have it accepted all within a week. This helped make our families transition easier.

She got us everything we asked for from the seller. And now we find ourselves in an amazing historic home here in Waco. Her gracious help made the move from Los Angeles to Waco fun and smooth. We have a new friend in Ashley, and look forward to having she and her family over to our new home!
